Is this fitting class 2? Can it be used in a lighting circuit that has no earth?

Hello. The product is not a class 2 product as there is only 1 layer of insulation. If it is to be installed in a circuit with no earth then no metal products must be used such as switch, lamp fittings etc. As always please ensure any installation work is carried out by a competent qualified electrician.
