My installer advised me to buy towel radiator valves that point inwards, pipes will be coming out of wall not up through the floor. Do these fit this spec?

In store cost
In the winter 2020 catalogue under in-store this is priced £22.99 but I went in store and paid the next day price. Why is instore price different and un available because the shop assistant was very rude and stressed out by my Q.

What's in box
Just purchased these, seems to be two thermostatic bodies, one thermostatic head and one screw cap, the type used to turn off valve when you remove a thermostatic head. Is this correct, is the screw cap the lock shield valve?

How does the lockshield work?
Sorry I don’t understand this, both valves are the same? I thought the lockshield should be something you can close with a hex key or pliers but it’s just a spring the same as the other for the trv to attach to.

Just had this answer from Cassellie direct.
'the cap is to be used as a lock shield.
This configuration allows easy change of room use, because you are able to switch the TRV head without a drain down.
