Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and a 10 yr guarantee! This was a surprising find at Screwfix where I assumed style was always second to function. The tap arrived well presented in a black box with all fittings and I have to say I am super pleased with it, both visually and functionally. The hand mixer bar lifts smoothly and the button to switch between spray and full flow is smooth too. The pull out hand pipe feature is an added bonus to help swill those hard to reach corners of your sink. From a fitters perspective; I did hear the plumber huff and puff a little under the sink trying to get the weighted box in good position and around the other under sink pipework. Overall he too was impressed with how stylish it was and of course a reasonable price with an added bonus of a10 year guarantee. With two ceramic taps replaced in 12 years this was a key decision on purchase. Now come on Screwfix, how can we 'the customer' post some pictures to show the item in situ? And perhaps a tab for the 'Homeowner' in 'how to describe yourself' when writing a review as I'm not in any trade!

Functional, easy to fit, really good value for money. My plumber was impressed when I told him the price. His recommendation to buy from Screwfix was good advice. Free, prompt delivery, excellent service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great functional tap Plumber found the tap quick and easy to install. It makes a great replacement to our old tap. The hose extends a good amount and the lever, spray-mode switch and the tap itself all feel sturdy. We haven't had it for too long, so we'll have to see how the tap goes but, so far, we're really happy with it.

Can I replace the Cooke & Lewis with this tap?

I have cooke-lewis-dual-lever-mono-mixer-kitchen-tap-chrome/9385T and want to replace it with this tap - I am not sure about the dimensions - will this tap fit into the same hole in the worktop without needing any filler or boring out?

Is this tap suitable for use with a combi boiler

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. The minimum pressure required for this tap is 1.0 Bar and the Maximum pressure is 5.0 Bar. Typically a combi runs at around 1.5 bar so would be fine, (you may have a gauge on the front of your boiler which will tell you your pressure). Hope that helps. Thank you for using Q&A.

Is this WRAS Approved?

If so what is the approval number?

Hello DCPlumbing, No, this assembly is not WRAS approved but it does contain parts that are. One of the things with WRAS is that you can make a tap, use WRAS approved parts inside it but this will not automatically give the whole tap WRAS approval. If you want that then has to be applied and paid for again. Thank you for using Q&A
