Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good Can't really complain at this price. Watched a video on youtube to work out how to use the tool. I couldn't get the outer sheath of heavy duty cable stripped using these - maybe they are more adjustable but I couldn't figure out how to get it to fit Stripping the inner cables was a breeze and made for a very neat job.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Overall Well made sturdy tool, does everything it's designed to. The only "flaw" is that it's not great at cutting/stripping Rubber Cable insulation ( also called Pond cable as it's commonly used for ponds and external use) but otherwise it's perfect for the DIY user.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from all 5 star apart for... Would have been a 5 star all rounder but for reliability as my first one the pion came out holding one of the grips, Screwfix however quick to replace big thumbs up. I'm sure this was a one off

Does it strip 10mm twin and earth?

There is a brass coloured knurled adjuster at the top of the stripper near the cutters whats it for thx

Hello nigipilk, Our suppliers have advised Tightening the brass-coloured adjuster will press a spring below and set the elastic force, which is transmitted when the right side of the jaw is clamped (the side with the laser logo). So the tighter you fasten the brass-coloured adjuster the more elastic force/clamping force the strippers will have. Users can adjust it depend on cable types. Thank you for using Q and A.JB
