Is 5mm the diameter of hole or the outside of the hoop?
I'll be using these to connect to power supply terminals and want be sure that the width of the entire hoop will fit in the 'bay' for each terminal, and that the hole is large enough for the clamping screw to go through it.

Hi BrizzleRich,
The 5mm dimension is the internal diameter of the hoop (the diameter of the hole). The manufacturer's drawing states it as 5.1mm plus or minus 0.5mm. The outside diameter of the hoop is 9.5mm plus or minus 0.5mm (i.e. 10mm max).
