Within the simple scope of this product, I found it performs exceptionally and reliably, subject of course to operator competence.
Only 2 stars for features as they are admittedly fairly limited to spinning onto an M20 thread.

Poorly cut thread
The thread on some of these was poorly cut so couldn't get it to start on the thread of the conduit. Cheap enough to throw away, but still annoying. Especially if you'd bought ten and needed ten.
