Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst kitchen hood ever Poor design ,(could do with another vent underneath at the back) , poor extraction & extremely noisy even on low . Plus side looks good , nice lights and touch controls but if want to talk anybody while it’s on forget it . Whenever I’m cooking and I turn on the fan everybody leaves the room not what I wanted for my new kitchen

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just nice looking we bought this hood a year ago to fit into a new kitchen, looked very nice but the design is not so good when it comes to performance. to start with it is very noisy and doesn't extract enough fumes but the disappointing point is that it doesn't cover the full cooker area for an integrated hob simply because the light feature takes 200mm from the depth of the 595mm hob which results in cooking steam going towards the light feature instead of the extraction area and resulting in steam condensinig and dripping at the hob and cooking pans while cooking. not really worthy to buy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks fine, shiny black glass. Our old extractor failed, it was 595mm wide. This one is 598mm wide and just squeezed in. That's the problem with fitted kitchens. It looks ok, the flap that swings out is on gas struts and when installed above the hob at 760mm from hob to centre it might be a bit low for some people. You have to be pretty accurate with the fixing holes though. Can't comment on reliability as its only been up a day.

space required between units

How much space is required when fitting between units? (have seen another that requires 50mm clearance)
Asked by: BunnyBoy
Hello there, This item does not require any clearance but would recommend to give it 25-50 mm clearance. Thank you for using Screwfix Q&A.
