Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bosch GBH 2000 This is a replacement for another makers, cheaper, SDS drill that did not last long. Other Bosch professional pieces that I have proved to be very reliable and I have no doubt that this one will also. have not had it long enough to truly rate reliability, but I am confident.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid drill, does the job! Good quality, powerful drill and I am more than happy for the price I paid. Does the job just like the more expensive drills. If your looking for a Solid, reliable drill to use at home or even on site, I would highly recommend this. Even comes with a guide to drill to an exact measurement which is always handy!

Does this drill need a chuck? If it does, is it included?

Asked by: Silvy
Hi Silvy, SDS drills don't use a standard chuck but instead use specialist SDS drill bits that are designed to eliminate the wear and stability problems of standard chucks. However SDS-Chuck bits are available but we do not recommend using them with the hammer drill or chisel function.

Can I use this for paddle mixer?

Asked by: Caren
Hi Caren, In theory this machine is capable of doing light mixing work, however it would require a third party SDS Plus Mixer attachment to be compatible with this machine.

110v or 240v

What's the difference between the 2 types and is one better than the other?
Asked by: MckD
Hi MckD. Both voltage executions are exactly the same product, with the same specifications. the only difference in the products is the power input they need to work. On construction sites across the UK its common that the only mains power available is in 110V, rather than the 230V (or 240V) output commonly found in residential environments - and this is why we produce products to suit both sets of needs.
