Delivery Update

We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely continue delivering products to store and home. We’ve temporarily reduced the delivery services we offer in order to maintain our commitments as best as possible.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Please see below for an update on the signatory process on delivery. Please note that deliveries are taking between 2-3 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
  • We have removed all premium delivery options including Pre 10am, Pre 12 noon and Sunday.
  • While every effort is being made we anticipate there will be occasions where deliveries are delayed beyond the confirmed delivery dates.
  • Geographical restrictions still apply - Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and certain mainland post codes are excluded from our Next Day service, please see details below.
  • The best way to track progress of your order is to click the tracking link in your despatch email sent shortly after placing your order.
  • Also, please ensure we have your mobile number when placing an order so you can be updated by SMS on the day of delivery.

Delivery Information

  • Next Day Delivery

    Due to demand, home delivery and delivery to store will take 2-3 working days. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Saturday delivery available. See table for charges.

    Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday.

    You can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot and a link to live tracking information.

    A signature will be required on delivery
    Until further notice, Parcelforce will not obtain a signature for any parcel from our stores or customers. This is to prevent the handheld terminals being passed around multiple people. You will be asked to give your name, which the driver will record on the terminal and the driver will also write ‘Covid19’ against the POD so we have a record of why there is no physical customer signature.

    If you are unable to come to the door to speak to the driver then a card will be left, and as per the normal process the parcel will be returned to the local post office or depot, where you or your nominated representative may collect it. Please make sure you read the details on the card about ID that needs providing when you collect.

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.

    If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot and a link to live tracking information.

  • Delivered Direct From Our Approved Supplier

    Items which are delivered direct from our approved suppliers are currently not able to be tracked, please see our Approved Supplier FAQs for more information.

    Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only and there are carrier restrictions in place for some locations, please see the delivery restrictions table to check your area/postcode.

    Products are sent direct from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in Deliver button. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

    Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and the supplier will contact you directly

    Delivery within 2-6 Working days you will be advised of despatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephone

    Delivery within 7-21 Working days you will be contacted by telephone to arrange delivery

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept delivery of these products into store. Our direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity as detailed below:

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently not able to offer our Premium Delivery services - this includes our Pre 10am, Pre 12 noon and Sunday delivery options.

Our Next Day service is not available in the below 48hr and ‘Other’ zones, please see the table below for post code areas affected. We can not currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Direct from our supplier delivery restrictions

Our suppliers who deliver directly are facing similar challenges, but are equally committed to delivering orders where safe to do so, additional measures and pressures mean there may be occasions where there are slight extensions to the delivery days shown. Please ensure we have your mobile phone number when you order so we can keep you updated with deliveries.

Geographic restrictions apply, see the table below, and we can not currently offer delivery to offshore addresses.
