The overall finished colour is a very modern looking black and exactly like the screwfix advert. Also, makes an old fence panel look brand new. Compared to other fence paints I have used, I can tell this one will take anything the seasons will throw at it. Very impressed.

Can this be used to colour the timber under decking? The timber frame I want to be Black so it can't be seen between the deck boards but the timber is already pressure treated so hoping this will colour the timber and add another layer of protection?

Hi thanks for getting in touch. The timber care is only designed to be applied to rough sawn wood, so if the wood under the decking is rough sawn then yes. I hope this helps.

Can this be used on a vegetable trough?

On the inside and outside?

Thank you for your enquiry. You can use the Fencelife Plus on the inside and outside of the vegetable trough, but you would need to use a liner inside the trough so the soil is not against the stain, as it cannot cope with the constant water retention in the soil.

My fence has gone green due to the damp and an old climber. Will this cover it without removal of the green?

Unfortunately the Green Algae will need to be removed as it will prevent the Fencelife Plus from penetrating as intended. you would need to use cleaner that contains a fungicide agent in it

Can this be used on smooth planed wood and can this be used over a knot primer?

Good morning, I can confirm that this product can be used on a smooth planned timber. It may be best to lightly sand the primer to allow the product to soak in.

Can this be sprayed direct from the tub or thinned down

Thank you for your enquiry Ronseal Fencelife Plus should not require diluting when being sprayed through the Ronseal Sprayer, however you may add 10% cold water if the liquid has been stored for a lengthy time.
