can a wall plug be fitted to power this item?

Hello ste001, The manufacturer states this is a mains powered light and needs to be wired directly into the mains. Using it or installing it in a manner other than specified by the manufacturer can effect the performance of the light as well as void the warranty of the light. Thank you for using Screwfix Q&A.
