Powerful 840W motor, with soft start, delivering up to 11,000rpm for faster grinding. Suitable for general grinding and cutting applications. Equipped with double insulation, slide type on/off switch (with lock-on for continuous use), push-button spindle lock and side handle for increased operator control. Side grip can be positioned on either side of the tool and the gear housing can be rotated to suit most cutting and grinding applications. Features anti-restart function to prevent accidental start-up. Connecteable to a Makita dust extraction system with an optional dust collecting wheel guard (not included).
