Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Bother If you want your room to feel like a furnace or an igloo, then I suggest you buy this TRV - there is little control and it'll fall apart within days. If you like to control heat and find a comfortable temperature then please look elsewhere. I only gave this one star because zero wasn't an option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Rubbish I’m a seasoned DIY I’ve fitted many radiators over the years I can honestly say these valves are the worst I’ve fitted A brand new valve shouldn’t pass water when closed The one supplied does I now need to drain the system again and waste my time going and getting a replacement Screwfix stop selling these

Are these TRV's autobalancing ones?

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry this item Flomasta White / Chrome Angled Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lock shield 15mm x 1/2" isn't an auto balancing. What is the purpose of the auto-balancing valves? Once installed and set the auto-balancing valves will ensure that radiators always receive the correct flow rate regardless of other TRVs opening and closing or changes to the system. Hi can the flomasta internal reducing coupler 15 mm to 10 mm be used with this trv thanks

Hello Batty580, Whilst this would effectively work we would recommend using a 10mm TRV and lock shield should this been needed as adding a coupler will increase the potential locations for leaks. Thankyou for using Q&A
