Can this also be used as a step UP transformer, from 110V to 240V?

I need a transformer for an American RV (Recreational Vehicle) to take 110V from its 3000W inverter and step up to 240V. The RV runs 110V - I would need 1000W max on the 240 side. If it can't be used in reverse, is there another one that will?

This product is not designed to work in reverse sorry , there is a portable transformer available Part 60753 that may suffice.
