It has developed a fault within the 1 year guarantee period stated on the product.

These are manufactured by Apollo Garden.
Within the 1st year Screwfix typically handles the warranty of goods (some items differ though).
However, for this item it IS Screwfix that assist with the warranty/exchanges etc.
Provided you have proof of purchases, you're within the warranty period and the fault is covered under the warranty then we would be able to assist with an exchange.
