The quickest way to shop with us is using our Click & Collect service. You can check stock in your local store, pay online and collect your item(s) from your chosen store in as little as 1 minute.

There are some items that are sent from our distribution centre to your selected store. Order by 8pm Weekdays and 4pm Weekends for next day delivery.* Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following working day.

If your Click & Collect order contains items which are available to collect today AND collect next day, you will receive two SMS’s. The first SMS will be on the same day your order is placed to collect the first part of your order. The second SMS will be when your item has arrived at your selected store.

Our stores are open 7am-8pm Mon-Fri, 7am-8pm Sat, 9am-4pm Sun (NI 1pm-8pm)

  • What does Collect Today mean?

    Collect Today items are in stock at your selected Screwfix Store and are available to collect in as little as 1 minute, during store opening hours. Outside store hours Collect Today items will be available when the store is next open.

    If you’re in-store and the item you want is not in stock, we can now check local availability, take payment and secure stock in another Screwfix Store. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 1 minute, during store opening hours.

  • What does Collect Next Day mean?

    Collect Next Day items are sent from our distribution centre to your Selected Store next day. Order by 8pm Weekdays and 4pm Weekends for next day delivery. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following working day.

    If your Click & Collect order contains items which are available to collect today AND collect next day, you will receive two SMS’s.   • Can I have items for collection and delivery in the same order?

    Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

  • I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

    When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following:

    Debit/Credit Card Payment

    • The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip & PIN).

    Paypal

    • If using PayPal, you must bring photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport (the name on the ID must match the name details in the payments section of the order).

    Trade UK Card

    • If you have paid with a Trade UK Card you need to take either the Trade UK Card OR another valid proof of employment for the business you are collecting on behalf of.
    • Your order reference which will be on the order confirmation email or SMS.
  • When I visit the store to collect my order, where do I go?

    Please head straight to the counter where a colleague will collect your order for you. Please have your order number ready and wait for your ‘Ready to collect’ SMS before travelling.

  • How long will a store hold my order for?

    Your items will be held at your selected Screwfix Store for 21 days.

  • What happens if I don’t collect my order from store or I no longer want it?

    If you don't collect your order from store, after 21 days the items will be automatically put back to stock, after this time or if at any time you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to either arrange a new order for collection or a full refund.
