Our stores are providing a Click & Collect service with safe contactless collection in store. The measures we have in place are to protect both our colleagues and customers and we ask that all customers respect these safety measures when collecting orders from store.

  • Our stores will be open from 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm Sat and 9am-4pm Sun (NI 1-6pm). *Local restrictions apply
  • Please note Collect Next Day may be subject to delays and take up to 2-3 days. Please wait for your SMS before travelling to store, we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Please do not come to store unless you have received an SMS to let you know your item is ready, also check below to see if your local store is open before travelling.

When will my order be ready to collect?

We will send you an SMS notification as soon as your items are ready to collect, please do not visit the store unless you have received an SMS. Please click here to check your local store opening information before travelling.

Collect Today

Collect Today items are in stock at your selected Screwfix Store for same day collection. Collect Today orders placed outside of store opening hours will be available when the store is next open. Please wait for your SMS notification before travelling to store.

Collect Next Day

Please note this service is taking slightly longer due to demand and current measures in place between ourselves and our delivery partners. Collect next day is where we send the item from our warehouse to your chosen store, orders using this service will be ready to collect from store within 2-3 working days. Please wait for your SMS notification before travelling to store.

Here are some additional details about our Click & Collect service.

  • Can I have items for collection and delivery in the same order?

    Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

  • I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

    When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following:

    Debit/Credit Card Payment

    • The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip & PIN).

    Paypal

    • If using PayPal, you must bring photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport (the name on the ID must match the name details in the payments section of the order).

    Trade UK Card

    • If you have paid with a Trade UK Card you need to take either the Trade UK Card OR another valid proof of employment for the business you are collecting on behalf of.
    • Your order reference which will be on the order confirmation email or SMS.
  • When I visit the store to collect my order, where do I go?

    If you need to visit a store to collect your item, you must respect the strict Social Distancing measures we’ve put in place for the safety of both our customers and colleagues. Please do not come to store unless you have received an SMS to let you know your item is ready, also check below to see if your local store is open before travelling.

  • What happens if I don’t collect my order from store or I no longer want it?

    If you don't collect your order from store, after 21 days the items will be automatically put back to stock, after this time or if at any time you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to either arrange a new order for collection or a full refund.

  • Want to cancel your Click & Collect Order?

    To cancel your Click & Collect order and obtain a refund, please go to the Contact Us Form and simply select the “Cancel Click and Collect Order” in the drop down list, as soon as the refund has been processed you’ll be sent a refund confirmation via email.
