What size hole in mm would be needed to dill to fit the cable and the attached connectors through an exterior wall?

The outer ring of the BNC connector is the largest component at 14mm diameter. You'll obviously need your hole a little larger than that.
Depending on the thickness of the material you're going through, you may be able to push through one connector at a time to minimise the hole size. If not, the power connector adds another 9.5mm diameter to the equation. Again, those are measurements of the connectors themselves, the hole will need to be a little larger depending on the location and your dexterity.
