Can the legs be attached to concrete?

Hi, This arch has a small footplate on each leg. the footplates have a hole so that they can be bolted or screwed down.

Can you clarify the type of fixings

Hi, the fixings refers to the bolts required to fix the the components of the arch together. The bolts require an allen key to tighten them, this is supplied in the kit also. Kind Regards
