Compatibility

I’m looking for a mitre to cut 90mm coving. Would that be achievable with this item?

Hello, No, this would not cut 90mm wide coving. This mitre box can only fit items that are under 57mm wide (max width cut of 57mm). Regrettably your coving would not fit into the box. Mitre box 7048V has a max width cut of 105mm and would fit your width of coving. If you're looking to cut more precise angles then you may wish to consider 126FG. Thanks for using Q&A. [DG]

Internal height

I assume that the “product height” of 55mm is the external height. What is the internal height please?

What is the widest piece of timber that will fit in the box please?
