Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not suitable for retrofitting This product is wired as a complete unit. It does not have separate connectors for each Light Fitting back to the central unit. The cabling is substantial and therefore it is not clear whether it will run at 240V or 12V between the central connection and the fittings which are sealed. - Therefore it cannot be used to retro-fit where cables run behind the wall mounted units with a switched mains supply on top without cutting the cabling and making joints. - Likewise it cannot be maintained with simple replacement parts. Unfortunately it is not suitable where constant maintenance is required and a two year warranty implies that it will need to be replaced in two years because the LED's will fail. - If one LED fails whole unit will need to be replaced >>> Because it is a complete unit and fixed wired. >>> This will increase future maintenance costs and complaints from the tenants. - Note to Screwfix: We need Light fittings that have replaceable LED's so that the fitting can be maintained properly. The replaceable LED's need to be Industry Standard like G4, not different for each manufacturer which will changes the design constantly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Change colour These lights are ok and easy to install but change colour every time they are switched and cannot lock to a preferred option which makes them pretty much useless for trying to tie in with other types lights in the room. Would not have purchased if it stated the colour always changed regardless

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't remember colour setting Unfortunately these lights do not remember their colour temperature setting, which the instruction manual suggests they should do. Each time they are turned off and back on they revert back to the daylight white, instead of the colour you choose, so I suppose if you want daylight white they might be OK. Although it seems from other reviews that the order of the colours is not always the same- mine go from daylight to cool white to warm white, but others seem to go warm white to cool white to daylight. It might be a better idea to have a separate switch for the colour so it will stay at what you have set it to, rather than using the power switch to switch on and off within 2 seconds to change the colour. Apart from this which is a deal breaker for me (I will be returning them), they are actually good lights with a very bright output and a nice wide beam angle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Functional under cupboard ligh Chosen as suitable 240v and nickel steel as requested by customer. Cable supplied is a bit excessive, junction boxes are cheap and nasty and best replaced. LED itself has bayonet fit however the cable is rediculously short to fit the light casing. Ironically the single purchased light had a far more suitable cable length. Colour change is by the primary on / off switch an somewhat temperamental. Regrettably the colour cannot be locked, any switch bounce will change colour. They are good value for money but typically you get what you pay for. Reliability is yet to be determined.

Could these be made dimmable by fitting a dimmable LED driver?

Lights use different colour everytime I turn it on - how do I stop this?

Every time I turn these lights on or off (either at the switch or manually on the light fitting itself), they use a different colour to the previous time. Is this a fault, or what can I do to sort this out?

Separating the lights

Can you seperate the wiring on the set of 3 lights.I want to to put them in seperate positions in a kitchen.Already have tube lights so wiring to supply is already there.

Hello Greenhillboy, We sent your enquiry to the supplier and they have replied as follows:- These do have built in drivers. It is part of the circuit board the LED’s are mounted on. Regarding separating the 3 heads, it can be done but additional compliant terminal block and terminal block covers that match the specifications of the current fitted terminal blocks will need to be added. It is not recommended as may also void the warranty. Thank you for using Q&A
