Is this compatible with all dimmer types?

Does this bulb dim across a near full range without flickering on a standard dimmer.

is the 3.5 diameter listed for the width of the bulb or where the bayonet fits into the lamp?

We are wanting 6 candle bulbs to fit into a rewired chandelier, the diameter of the connection for the bayonet bulb is 2cm. Would these fit?

Hi VRM1, The 35mm stated is the diameter of the glass part at its widest point. It has a B22 bayonet cap, which has a diameter of 22mm (2.2cm) and so is probably the size you require, as the other sizes of bayonet cap are a long way from this size. Thanks for using Screwfix Q&A. JT

Can you confirm the colour temperature. The website says 2700K but several reviews are saying 1800K. If the website is wrong, please correct it.

Screwfix describes these bulbs as 'non-dimmable' but one reviewer states that they "really are dimmable". So which is it?
