Poor quality
Recently purchased 3 of these doors from SF. It turned out they these are sent from the "suppliers" and not SF. Anyway i had them in my property for 2-3 weeks which is being renovated. I am still in the process renovation but 2 of the 3 doors have bulged on one side. So called SF customer services who have arranged the "supplier" to have them exchanged im hoping. I didnt not even paint them or anything so its not something i have done for the doors to bulge, also 1 door is fine so i can only imagine its a bad batch? Lets see if i can get them exchanged.
Would i recommend them? Probably not.

Already rebated
Do these doors come already rebated for intumescent seals?

These doors do not come rebated or with intumescent seals - they would have to be bought seperately.

How solid is this door, would someone be able to smash it using a bat a similar.

This product has a solid flaxboard core however has not been tested for being smashed with a bat or similar

Internal doors to integral garages should be FD30 fire doors, and include smoke seals and self-closing devices. We advise speaking to a local trade professional for further advice on security and fire rated doors and doorsets.
