Very Disappointed
I am a very regular customer of Screwfix however extremely disappointed with the customer service and product. (please note this review relates to the supplier and not Screwfix however Screwfix advertises this product)
1. It took more than 2 weeks for the product to be delivered. (despite the supplier advising that the product was in Scotland after 5 days)
2. I had to wait in all day (between 8.00am and 18.00pm) as the supplier could not give me an approximate delivery slot. I had to contact them further after lunchtime.
3. The build instructions are not clear.
4. The number of nails provided were short of what was required.
5. The quality of timber was not good. (warped and twisted battens)
6. The pre-drilled holes were not obvious and did not align up.
7. It took over 5 hours to fathom out and build.
8. The quality of roof felt was poor. (very thin)
9. It is very small and not practicable. You could not fit any gardening items with a pole. Certainly not a 'store'. More like a 'cubby hole'.
10. It is not worth the money and we would have returned it if we could have once built.
11. Don't touch.
