It rips way to easily and folding out in sections is slower than just rolling the better stuff out. Not entirely dissatisfied but probably won't be using it again if other stuff is available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible underlay This is the worst underlay I have ever used. It's very brittle and tore so easily. I had to patch it with tape constantly. Don't waste your money on this product. Don't know why people have given positive reviews, as it's really horrible to work with.

Can I use this under lino flooring (not LVT) ?

can I use this underlay on top of old wooden floorboards prior laying laminate?

I'm about to lay laminate flooring on the first floor of my house and the subfloor is wooden floorboards, is this underlay a better choice than the standard polyolefin foam (4720R)?

Hello there, As far as I am aware, this should be fine. Laminate is suitable to go on top of this and it will compensate for any uneven parts of the floor below. Thank you for using Screwfix Q&A.
