Remote use

To use remotely do you have to open ports on your router or how does this work?

Web interface?

If this was connected to LAN does it have a web interface (at it's IP address) to edit settings? Does it support ONVIF or RSTP?

Request for more information

Did the android app get fixed (notify on bell push)? Can this activate an electronic lock? Are add-on devices required? A wiring diagram? Can LAN be used? Voltage supply range? Button to app latency? Will the app be maintained going forward?

Can the camera be accessed 24/7, without the button being pressed?

It sure can. The DIC-23112 is actually a security camera in the guise of a doorbell. You can access it at any time as long as it's online.

Why does this bell not work in notifying your phone when pressed?

Pressing the bell does not ring the phone so you have no idea that you have a visitor. Please advise how to fix this since Smartwares Group do not respond to emails requesting help. Not fit for purpose and cannot get refund from Screwfix as over 30 days.

At the moment there is an error in the app with sending notifications to your phone, the correct department is working on this and hopefully this will be resolved soon.
