What is the difference between the 2 18v Bosch Models ?

What is the difference between the 2 bosch 18v reciprocating saws ? Seem to be the same price…just wonderied what the specifications were ?

Hi sjpsound, Thanks for your question. As well as variance in physical design, the GSA 18V-LI vs GSA 18V-LI C has differences including 28 vs 21mm stroke lengths, 2,400–2,700 vs 0–3,050spm stroke rates, 367x177 vs 450x219mm lengths and heights, as well as vibration values of ~20 vs ~8m/s² when sawing wood. will it cut metal eg nails in a pallet? and are blades available for this?

hi fred3234, you should have no problems cutting through nails with this tool as long as you use adequate blades such as S922EHM Sabre Saw Blade 150mm (178FX). Thanks, Bosch.

Is a 2ah battery sufficient for this tool? I expect to cut 6"x1" gravel boards, 4"x4" posts, decking boards...

I have 2 x 2ah 18v batteries with a Bosch GSB18-2 Li plus drill.
