Electrical supply

Can this unit run on electrical supply alone and if so what element is recommended?

What I is the distance between the centre of each pipe attachment of a standard 600 mm wide flat towel radiator? I have existing pipes that cannot be moved.

Replacing standard 600mm radiator

I cant work our what fittings come with the rail. Want to replace existing 600mm radiator. I assume I need some 'L' elbow type fitting to join this to existing valves/connections, do these come with the unit if not what is the part no.
