You can select from 4 different delivery services; next day, before noon, before 10.30 and Saturday Delivery. The charge for each service is dependent on your total order value. See table below.

Please allow 4 days for standard delivery. We cannot offer delivery to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland or BFPO.

Delivery Dates

Order before 6:00pm weekdays or 2:00pm Sundays and we can dispatch your order for next day delivery. Alternatively you can choose a delivery slot up to 7 days in advance.

Does not apply to direct dispatch products or customers living in 48 hour and other Zones.

Delivery Addresses

We´ll deliver direct to you, to your customer or to site. It´s easy to add another delivery address to your account, just select deliver to a different address or person when you´re checking out or go to My Account, where you can manage your address list. All addresses will be saved & available to pick every time you order.

Direct Dispatch (items marked 7/14/21 days)

Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only.

Items marked 7, 14 or 21 days are dispatched direct from the supplier. You will be contacted direct by the supplier to arrange a delivery date - Monday to Friday only. Note: Direct Dispatch items cannot currently be tracked. Most Big Stuff/Direct Dispatch items can only be delivered to an external ground floor location at the delivery address. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number.
NOTE: Items marked 7, 14 or 21 days cannot be tracked as they are dispatched directly from the supplier.

Planning ahead

Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.
