Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the job I bought this to replace a 14 year old Triton Rapide 3 after doing some research, and found it to have almost identical internal workings and fixing holes, meaning it was a straight swap :) The only major difference is they have done away with the push button on/off, you now have to turn the selector. Works as well as the old one did before it eventually died, if it gives the same service life I'll be well happy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Fit For SALE Triton Showers just do not work, fitted shower, worked fine for a few weeks then runs hot and cold also flow rate all over the place. Took back and replaced with same model and this has done the same after 7 weeks. Now replaced with a Mira shower, more expensive but no problems.

I'm replacing a broken Triton Jade II shower. Am I going to be able to connect the plumbing easily without having to get a plumber to adapt anything?

Asked by: Ptaxotep
Thank you for your recent enquiry. The orientation of the water pipe connection will differ and location of the terminal block for the power supply will differ and so some changes to the installation would be required so if unsure, the services of a local qualified Installer would be required to undertake this job of work. Regards, Karl.

I want to replace a 7.5 KW Aquatronic 1+ with the Triton Enrich 10.5kw shower. Is it a straight swap with pipes etc. is the upgraded power an issue?

Pump or not?

Does this shower need to be pumped,or, will it run from a tank supply? Thanks
Asked by: Jefferson31
Thank you for your recent enquiry. The unit concerned will need a minimum running pressure of 1.5 bar at a min flow rate of 11 ltres per min - in order to achieve this we would usually be looking at a Mains Fed cold supply. If using a tank / gravity fed cold supply the head of water required would be a min of 15 mtres which of course in a typical domestic situation would not be possible. Therefore if feeding from a cold water header tank in order to achieve the minimum conditions then a single impeller pump would be required . You would of course need to ensure a pump selected would be able to deliver the minimum flow and pressure. I hope that this information is of help. Regards, Karl.

is water inlet in same position as triton rapid 3. is it a direct replacemnt

Asked by: lansdowne
Thank you for recent enquiry. The units are slightly different as they are built on different back plates but will share the same entry point options for the power and water supplies. I hope that this information is of help. Regards, Karl.

I have fitted this shower in a rental room of mine. It keeps changing temp. i.e. goes too hot when being used. Put it on eco setting still getting bad feedback. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE.?

Asked by: Glyn2
Thank you for your recent enquiry. I am sorry to read of difficulties as detailed. Although it is difficult to diagnose the cause of the problem accurately without full inspection of your unit based on the information available to us I would suggest that we are looking at one or a combination of the following areas : Shower temperature set too high. Shower head blocked Hose blocked, twisted or kinked Inlet filter blocked General restriction of water flow to unit - isolation valves to unit not fully open etc In summary we are generally looking at insufficient water flow through, to or out of the unit. It is important tha for a 10.5kw rated shower unit we have the minimum running pressure of 1.5bar @ a min flow rate of 11 ltres per min. I hope that ths information is of help
