Well one can't really say much about a cable clip as it is quite simple in it's form. A bit like the amoeba of the fixtures and fittings world. I will say however that these clips are strong and do exactly what you want them to do. The one annoying thing is one keeps dropping them when standing at the top of a ladder but that's hardly their fault. I was going to mark them as exceptional but that would be a bit weird wouldn't it?

I've used 1000's of these now for external telephone cable and in most cases they have performed great :-) however the nails would benefit from being a little longer and stronger. They are great for going in mortar on modern builds however they do struggle with Victorian mortar as it has a higher concrete content, therefor more dense. Mike BTfix

The majority of reviewers state that the nails were strong, but in my experience they we were ridiculously soft.
Failure rate was over 50%, nails started bending after a couple of hits. House 1960s, good condition mortar nothing special though.

These are good quality. But there were only 99 pieces instead of 100. I never needed 100 anyway and would have cost more to take it back to Screwfix, so didn't bother pointing this out to the store even when I went in for something else the next time. Anyway how would I prove it anyway.
Good price as well.
