This stuff cures so fast you only really get one spread before it starts crumbling and picking back up with the spatula.
I've used "Dry Flex" which is unfortunately prohibitively expensive but works brilliantly first time. This ronseal stuff is terrible to work and just about impossible to get a smooth finish without sanding, assuming you can get it into the repair within the 30 or so seconds before it becomes unmanageable.
I'd probably avoid buing this in future and look for an alternative epoxy filler. I've heard Timbabuild is similar to "Repair Care's" "Dry flex" for instance and is still more than 4x the price of this but it depends how much time you want to spend working with this.
I will say however, that as it's cheaper it makes a great bulk filler, just no good for the finish.

Not the cheapest on the market but well worth the cost. It cures fast, so mix in small batches and use quickly. Also over-fill the holes slightly and sand down for a really smooth finish - invisible once painted.

Great product but a warning. Don't mix up lots and expect to do several jobs. It cures very quickly so best mix just enough for each task.

Just wanted to add that the best way of cleaning this off the spreader and wiping up over-spill etc is to use cullulose thinners. The same stuff used in car body-shops. Saved me a fortune in not having to buy new window frames over the years!
