Rated 5 out of 5 by worth a punt Was concerned that it would be powerful enough to manage. With a splitter I could use my jigsaw and plunge saw , separately but well. Size and weight perfect for only man operations. Small chop saw worked fine also 18 Sep 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by The True Man Bag Transformer The Man Bag Transformer is great if you are going to a site where you only need a to use one tool at a time, as it will soon overheat if you are using constantly with a heavy SDS drill etc. The paint peeled off the transformer after a day’s use, but apart from that the unit is great if not a little camp. 17 Apr 2010

Answer:
The 1.2kva transformer is only capable of powering 1200watts maximum for a short period, so the short answer is no, you will need a transformer that will supply at least 2000w, for example the 84144 unit should suffice.
