Rated 3 out of 5 by from Silicon remover Worked well but left behind a thin layer which was stubborn to shift even after 2 application's, this was old silicon sealant at least 10 years old, so maybe it was that. Would still definitely recommend, but dont expect miracles

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sealant remover Very easy to use. Removed sealant from bath, tiles and sink. Care needed on grout as it did discolour slightly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works but requires a lot I used this to remove silicone sealant from around PVC windows, inside and out, so I could do the job properly. I cut away the worst of the sealant with a stanley blade first and scraped the rest off. What wouldn;t come off, I used this on. It acted very quickly (within 15 mins) and removed every scrap around the frames. I would only say that this is a tiny bottle and doesn't go far at all as you need to apply quite thickly. I would image you could do 3 average sized windows with one bottle as long as you scrape as much off as possible first.

Answer:
Hello growlers,

The No Nonsense sealant remover is a solvent based cleaning product. From what I've been able to find online the ClearShield coating seems to be tough enough to resist solvents, but I would recommend confirming this with the manufacturer before using the sealant remover or at the very least testing the product on an inconspicuous area.

Thanks for using Q&A
