Female Friendly Brill Drill Speaking from a dodgy diy female's point of view, this drill is awesome. I can't believe the quality for such a cheap item. Clear instructions, works well and no chuck key to lose (bonus)!!! Highly recommended and excellent value for money. 10 Jul 2015
will do works. Don't feel easy using this drill simply for the reason the hammer noise( like vibrating ball bearings) is present even when the hammer action is not selected. This makes using it very uneasy as you have to check the sliding switch is in the right place each time before you use the drill. By the simple sound of the drill it should be apparent if the hammer action is engaged or not. 2 Jul 2015
A really good drill Bought this as my 9.6v portable just would not drill into masonry. This little devil did it in no time at all. The additional support handle was a little tricky to get on at first. Hint, unscrew the handle first. Once this was done, no problem. The depth gauge proved invaluable, very simple to use. And with 7 wood drills and 7 steel drills included in the price, this is an excellent value product. 5 Jun 2015
Energiser drill I needed a drill to mount in a pillar drill stand and for the low price. I was amazed how good the drill performs.I was also pleased to find that the drill came with a set of drill bits. For a budget drill you can't go wrong at this price. 2 Jun 2015

I have a drill stand with a 43mm diameter collar and was wondering if this cheeky lil rascal would fit? The stand will clamp around the drill where the spare handle would normally sit. Any help gratefully received, Cheers

Answer:
Doesn't fit in the cheaper record drillstand without putting a coke can shim around the gearbox housing. Also when in place the back of the chuck is only a hair away from the clamp.

Answer:
Hi, Though we do not have the information regarding the collar size of this drill, we would expect it to be the industry standard 43mm. I hope this information is of help to you.
