Rated 5 out of 5 by Robust and effective As soon as you get it out of the box it is clear that this item is a robust, well made bit of kit. Easy to install with its detachable flanges, I opted for the lower of the two settings because it is for a small ensuite. Once fired up, it is immediately obvious that it is doing its job. Perhaps a little noisier than ideal, it is not too obtrusive. It certainly extracts effectively. The detachable flanges should make it easy to service later on. It does lack a run-on timer, but actually it I so effective that it probably doesn't need one. Don't know about reliability yet, but it seems well made. 24 Mar 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality product Bought this fan as a replacement. Very easy to fit. Like the way everything can be slotted into the cradle and locked in by 2 clamps. Makes it very easy to remove for cleaning/maintenance. Good extraction of air, bathroom much drier now. Excellent value Would definitely recommend 9 Feb 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great upgrade Bought this to replace existing Axial flow fan, After changing some ductwork the old fan couldn't handle the 'back pressure' this fan can. Good value for money. 25 Jan 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does the job Great extractor for the money. Bought to replace a small inline extractor which never seemed to clear the steam from the bathroom. This has 2 speeds and on the fastest speed is a bit noisier than the one it replaced, however the mirrors no longer steam up and the ceiling is no longer dripping after a bath. Only down side is it is not a timed model so if you wire it to the lights it goes off when the lights go off. 12 Jan 2016

Answer:
A standard fan only requires a switch live and neutral. Unfortunately due to regulation constraints we are unable to guide you with the wiring.

Answer:
Hi,
You cannot control the switching between speeds. This has to be wired up to the high or low speed at the time of installation.
