As others have said this is a very useful fitting. It is over 90° from face to face but this takes into account the spacing from the wall when pipe brackets are used. If it's tight chase the wall out and rotate it a bit - don't chop into the joist as one reviewer says.
Based on experience a word of warning about the smaller seals: Hold them in place both when inserting and removing a pipe.
I lost a seal down the stack on pulling a pipe out of it. Managed to recover it later with the help of a sieve on a stick but you might not be so lucky.

Well designed and good value for money product. Incorporates a flush to soil pipe design, so it fits tight into a corner or against a wall. Eliminates the need for additional boss adaptors on the main pipe for up to 4 appliances.

Great manifold, great valve for money, low profile/low level, multiple ports, just what I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Munrobagger A nice solution
I needed something like this to connect up bath, shower and basin wastes below a wc connection but where there was limited space. I tried one from tool station that had a rib all around where the top and bottom halves of the chamber met that fouled on the adjacent joist. This looked like a better prospect as the chamber is flush with the line of the outside of the pipe. One thing that was not obvious from the picture is that the angle between the two straight faces is significantly more than 90 degrees to accomodate the four inlets. I had to chop some material from the adjacent joist to make room. If it's bracketed off a wall then there should be adequate space for it..
As I said above it's a great solution and at a reasonable price. I cannot really comment on the performance or reliability yet but I have no reason to doubt that it will perform well.
