Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coach Screw I bought these to fix some sleepers in the garden, I have used other fixings in the past. These are much better, after drilling a small countersink hole the coach screw went straight in, I used a 13mm socket with a 1/4 inch drive and an 18 volt drill. No problem, the last time I did this I had to resort to a hand ratchet with 1/2 inch drive. These went in without any problem. Only slight niggle I wish I didn't have to buy a box of 50.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great to fix raised beds I needed to join together some raised bed planks where the corner post hd rotted away. These did the job - though the head is 13mm my socket kept slipping as they are slightly tapered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unusual use. Used instead of tent pegs on caravan awning, far better than breaking plastic pegs. Can use in soft or hard ground.
