Excellent value for money, does the job perfectly, suggest using the adaptaflex end fittings or just female threaded couplers though as the Tower ones are so weak. Watch out for the black corrugated conduit, I've had a few packs that are brittle and shatter easily.

Reasonable conduit for the price paid.
Best to use the rods that electricians use, with a rounded tip on the end of the rods to make it easier to pull a cable through the conduit. Or use the rods to thread a draw wire through the conduit, & pull the cables in later.

For the money this is ok, quite hard to get cable through, had to hold it very straight otherwise it would catch.
Apart from that easy to cut, flexible, but a little loose in the adaptors

I was disappointed with this product, although it's very flexible and easy to put in place it was impossible to get my cable through it as it kept snagging on the corrugated edges.
I ended up not using it.
It seemed like good value because of the low price but I suppose you really do only get what you pay for.
