Rated 1 out of 5Â by KBonio Poor Tool - Do not Buy
I have bent a few pipes in my time and the reason this is so cheap is that it does not work. In the words of my old Grandad, buy cheap buy twice!
The bender despite being made by Tower supposedly to fit their own conduit is too narrow for the bore of the pipe, the pipe kinks, irrespective of whether you heat it or not. This bender is never going to be effective unless you really want wrinkled pipes!

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Wrongplanet For heavy gauge, not light
As others have commented, this is a small diameter bending spring for use with heavy gauge conduit. This is confirmed by the green paint mark.
However the Tower 20mm conduit Screwfix sell is light gauge despite their description. This has a thinner wall than heavy gauge so needs a slightly larger diameter spring, which would have a white paint mark.
If you use it with light gauge conduit the result will be poor bends with wrinkles.
Time for some joined-up thinking, Screwfix.
It may be a good bending spring for heavy gauge but I've had to mark its performance etc. on light gauge.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by UKAirborne Too kinky
I found this spring to be virtually useless as it kinks nearly every bend (Sadly too small size to suit the conduit bore size).
I thought it was a little too cheap.
Sadly I have to agree with a previous negative review:
" This was terrible every bend ended in a kink do not buy "

Good product but struggles to do 90 degrees without kinking and also when you pull it back out the coils have separated slightly.
It is however dirt cheap.
