Titan TTB631SDS Corded SDS Plus Drill 230-240V (4172G)

An intensely powerful motor and a wide range of bundled accessories makes this Titan TTB631SDS SDS Plus drill one of the most versatile tools of its kind. Included in the kit are 22 drill bits, including 14 6-20mm masonry bits, five TiN-coated bits, and three chisels: pointed, flat and U-shaped. All these are driven by a 1500W motor which generates 8J of impact energy. Despite its powerful output, the tool's anti-vibration system means that you can still use it in comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value Great bit of kit for the money . Very useful for chasing out walls as it's a good weight it does the work for you !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless Bought this drill and it worked great when using the sds attachments until I put in the sds to normal drill attachment. Managed to get half a hole drilled and the adapter was ceased onto the drill. Unable to get it off no matter how hard I have tried. Drill now useless and Screwfix unwilling to do anything about it as no receipt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from hammer drill what a bit of kit had to drill through sandstone, clay and rock.My bosh got to hot so i hired a bigger one, it lasted one hole, read the reviews and bought this, 32 holes 800mm deep oh yes no prob. The drill bit was16mm dia 1m long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect replacement! So, having Bosch drills previously that busted after the odd bit of DIY here and there, the new house needed something, more robust to say the least. With putting in a new stair-rail and banister/spindles the Father-In-Laws drill was lacking the necessary power, so a quick look online and this drill came up as worthwhile purchase. What a difference it made, drilling through my concrete walls suddenly was a doddle. The kit supplied with conventional drill adapter is perfect, yes this is a heavy drill so make sure you're holding tight, only reason I've dropped the value by 1-star is it's now reduced by £10 from when I purchased :(

Would this drill take an sds max drill bit?

Is this suitable to break up compacted hardcore

I already own this drill, I was wondering if it is suitable to break up very compacted hardcore from underneath block pavers? If so would a longer chisel bit make it easier?
Asked by: Guestie
Hello Guestie, This breaker has an impact energy of 8 joules. It is hard to determine whether or not this product would be suitable for breaking up the 'compacted hardcore' without actually testing it on the material. Thank you for using Q&A. (LM).

The drill is described as "two speed variable" I can see the variable speed control at the base of the handle but how are the 2 speeds selected ?

Is this suitable for removing some light concrete?

Is this suitable for taking away small amounts of concrete or would the TTB698DRH 4kg SDS demolition breaker be better? This seems great value but unsure of the differences between the two. Thanks
Asked by: Sc0ttb88
Hello Sc0ttb88, this will chisel concrete However a demolition hammer may be more suitable for your application thank you for using Q and A.JB
