Rated 5 out of 5 by Titan 15mm Stapler Bought for upholstery and it is excellent for this type of work. Mainly used for the stapling but the short nails are a useful extra option. Would recommend for upholstery, if needing a Nailer then the 25mm would be more appropriate. A variety of staple lengths are available from other outlets 18 Aug 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cheap and does the job You basically can't go wrong for the price. It's pretty powerful, was only expecting it to last 10 minutes but after a few months still working really well unlike the tacwise version surprisingly. Only fault to it which is a bit of a picky thing but for beading as you have to push down for it to fire which is a good safety thing but as you push it hard enough to a soft surface it marks it as it's not rubberized and a small lead but a bit an extension lead does the job. What do you expect though for the price. It's still nevertheless great value for money! 8 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product Needed a stapler to fix artificial grass to decking. Picked up this one at my local store. Found it easy to use and did the job with no hassle. Comes complete with staples and nails. Excellent tool for the price. 16 Jul 2016

Hi Chiper,

This will function well in fitting the carpet it just depends if the legs of the staples or nails will have enough purchase to hold the carpet there for an extended period of time.

Thank you for using Q and A.

Answer:
Hi Stupeg,

It may be suitable as long as there is enough of the nail going into the plasterboard. it may be better to use a more powerful nailer to ensure that it has enough hold.

Thank you for using Q and A.

STAPLES

This is a great stapler but I cant find staples to fit it. The reccomended Tacwise 53 are too tight in the slot and wont move forward. Can anyone reccomend the correct ones please as I am very happy with the stapler but will have to return it if i cant get staples. Thanks.
