Titan TTB353SHR 2500W 80kg/hr Electric Garden Shredder 230-240V
Good good value shredder
Tremendous value. Seems solid and up to the job although I have to date only used it 3 times albeit with a mountain of branches each time. Reasonably quiet too. Cannot think why anybody should want to pay more unless they are a professional gardener.

Don't be fooled by the price.
I've never used a garden shredder before,
but this shredder seemed to me to be brilliant! It doesn't shred big branches but for smaller stuff up to its 45mm limit (basically if it fits through the hole in the top) I can't fault it.
We turned a pile of branches and twigs that would have easily filled and 8yrd skip into pile of chippings that took up a quarter of a 6yrd skip.
Keep the hopper clear and it just goes and goes.

Very capable piece of kit
Bought this on the back of other reviews and I'm not disappointed, in fact I'm quite amazed at how well this performs, so far ive had it going for about 7 hrs and it has demolished a load of laurel with only the odd blockage mainly owed to the leaves, but a simple waggle with a screw driver and the blockage is gone. On top of the performance it's great fun to use and I couldn't reccomend it enough. Great buy and performs miles better than an old Bosch one I had at three times the price.

You would think that the small things that stop this shredder from being excellant would be adjusted.
The good bits will munch through virtually anything. (no so good on wet laurel leaves)
The bad news:
Jamming, cut off those little splines at the bottom.
The black clips that act as the hopper hinge, pop out easily epecially when you get frustrated clearing jams before you cut the little splines off. They are black and try finding them after you have been shredding for a day on muddy ground with partly decayed black leaves all around!
However, when they are not in place and the hopper is slightly more open at the bottom it doesnt jam so much.
It does the job though and I will recommend it.
