Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost everything you need Great value and does the job, but a couple of warnings. 1. It says it's not suitable for ADSL, so buy something else if you are trying to reposition your router not you land line. 2. The wiring colours don't match the instructions. So when you've routed you cable and are attaching the wall unit it's a bit confusing. If you take the screw out of the pre attached end you can visually trace the correct colouring through the circuit board easily enough though. 12 Apr 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good but wrong instructions Overall good and easy to install... except for the fact that the wiring colours in the instructions did not match the conductor colour codes of the actual telephone cable. And the tech support number is non-geographic 0845. This is why I have marked it down overall; instructions need to be right and with this sort of thing where connections are once-only, you can't guess. Can't comment on reliability as I only installed it yesterday... 23 Mar 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by DON'T Why are you selling this? This product is pretty useless. 1. Cable is very thin and easy to kink. 2. The wiring diagram tells you how to wire the socket. It would be helpful if those coloured wires existed. I had no black, green or yellow wire as shown in the instructions. So you have to guess. 3. The clips are square the cable is round. I repeat. The clips are square the cable is round! Did no one in your buyers team notice this? 4. You can't extend you router with this kit. Although you only find this out when you read a tiny little printed line in the instructions. 5. No entry point in the socket to feed the wire through. I had to drill my own so the socket sat flush on the skirting board. Nasty cheap product. 25 Feb 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Confusing instructions The cable insertion tool was missing from the kit, and the cable colours were all different to the instructions. Fortunately one short 'phone call to the help desk sorted this out. I got straight through to an advisor who knew the answer, which is rare these days. I would recommend this kit with reservations about the above. 19 Feb 2016
