Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressive Quality for price Got this to do an engine rebuild. Couldn't believe the quality feel & size when it arrived. Worked well, but I had doubts about the accuracy of the lower nm's settings. Sheared a couple of bolts on one component. Clicked off lovely on other component bolts. So put it down to wrong tech info from engine manufacturer. Engine's sounding like a choir now, so did the job!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1/2" drive sheared Fine if you want to run relatively low torque settings but I sheared the 1/2" drive trying to remove the rear wheel on my motorbike. I'd have expected that the ratchet or gear would have failed before the steel of the 1/2" drive sheared.....get what you pay for!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent torque wrench Upto the usual Screwfix high standard and value for money. Clear instructions provided ensuring it was easy to use. Cannot comment on its continued reliability at this early stage but it appears to be robustly constructed and for general DIY should last me a lifetime. Thanks again Screwfix.

Changing the ratchet direction changes the tightening direction but the torque settings don't work in the anticlockwise direction. There's also an arrow on the handle denoting "Torques" and only showing clockwise, see picture. So how is it reversible? Is there something else I should do to make it reversible ? Don't know why photo looks upside down in the thumbnail on this sumission.
