Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than buying 10mm TRVs I use these with ordinary TRVs and just replace the olive. Saves a lot! Never had a leak using them. 12 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Handy converters for 15mm These are good but buy a couple of spares till you get used to using them. Tighten the connector until you feel the snap, then another quarter turn should do it. I marked them down for performance and reliability as I only just fitted them. They will probably be fine. I have a couple of spares just in case. 3 Aug 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply Effective Does the job just as described by other reviewers. Just tighten it up a little if there is a leak. 8 Apr 2016

These are new to me, previously I used the ones with an olive. I can't see any mention of anyone using any compound when using these one pc reducing sets, should I do so or not?

I am hoping to fit these with water in the system, I have done this before, was not a great problem before. (I do have a pipe freezer kit if needed). It's such a short length of pip coming you from a concrete floor I don't think I need bother too much.
Suggestions appreciated.
