Rated 5 out of 5 by As it should Good quality item at a great price fast delivery and worked well 17 Jun 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by So much simpler... Having replaced two previous radiators and had trouble eradicating leaks, the third was also slightly narrower (metric) than the one it was to replace (imperial). I found this product at Screwfix and eradicated two problems at the same time. No leaks, and a trouble-free install. I'd thoroughly recommend them! 26 May 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous product Exceptionally good product. Fittings for new radiators would not stop leaking, fitted the new tail stops with immediate success. Would highly recommend this product. 20 May 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Useful extender These little extenders are really useful when changing radiators if there is a difference between the size of the old and the new. They can accommodate approx 5o mm gap at each end of the radiator & have a sliding joint so can be shortened without cutting. 7 May 2016

Water tight

Hi I have not used the flexible radiator tails before and I am just about to fit them to a new radiator
The tube appears to be a slide fit into the securing nut - is this correct.
Seems a little loose to be able to be water tight
Thanks Geoff

Hello. The Radiator Compression Valve Tail Allows Increased Installation to Radiator Valves, when fitted to Compression Nut and Olive you need to make sure PTFE Tape or a suitable Joint Paste is used.
