Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reasonable value - OK quality Good value if you only need 2.5 Lt. If you need more paint then the small difference to get the superb Leyland floor paint would be well worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drying time an issue for me After 5 days since the final coat and 30 deg temp for a lot of that time, the paint has still not dried. Can move paint around under the 'skin' surface with my finger!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No nonsense floor paint Painted a brand new double garage floor. Sealed it first with No-nonsense PVA solution and then used this paint over the top. one tin just about covered the whole floor using a roller to apply, but bought another tin to do a second coat. looks great, cant tell how good it is really as its not had a lot of traffic yet. Seems ok, and looks the part Would use again

Drying time

I applied the second coat over 4 days ago yet I still get fingerprints in it when I press on it. The weather has been perfect for drying. I can't see it being fully cured in just another 3 days. What can I do?

What is meant by “properly prepared”

The product description states to be used on “properly prepared tiles, brickwork, wood, concrete, cement and stone surfaces”. What is meant by “properly prepared”?
Asked by: JohnRW1st
Hello JohnRW1st, The preparation required depends on the surface to be painted, but broadly speaking you will need to ensure the surface is clean & dry. You may need to apply a primer or sealer to some surfaces before the paint, high gloss surfaces may require a light sanding to give the paint some extra grip. Thanks for using Q&A, KC

Sealing dusty concrete

I have a concrete slab with a spoilt surface due to a heavy rain fall when it was laid. It has now been smoothed and brushed clean but is still dusty. Should the floor paint be applied directly to the slab, or would it be best to seal with PVA first?
Asked by: JohnRW1st
Hello JohnRW1st, Every installation/usage is different due to the varying circumstances of the site and environment. Therefore we advise that you contact a local tradesperson who will be able to view and assess your particular requirements. They will be able to provide further advice for the installation/usage of the floor paint}. Thank you for using Q&A.
