Rated 3 out of 5 by Impressed so far, early days. Bought to paint a 2 yr old extremely dusty concrete garage floor.Nearly made the mistake of applying pva first then read instructions to add 5% white spirit. 125mls in tin good shake up, then stirred.Edges painted with 3" brush then rolled the rest. One tin covered half the floor 16m2, took just over 90mins, not too viscous, easy enough to apply with brush or roller, impressed with coverage and finish of 1st coat. Will allow 24hrs before 2nd coat, which should be quicker and use less.Have only gave 3 stars due to it being early days but after reading others reviews don't expect any problems, so far so good! 27 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Covers everything I've used this internally on floor boards and stairs (cheaper and simpler than re-carpeting) and externally on wooden gates (the only way I could stop them swelling and warping) and on tile steps with a bit of sand. Very durable and versatile, but takes a day to dry and requires turps/spirit to thin. Make sure you get some descent throwaway brushes and can protect the area from moisture whilst drying. I wish they did more colours. 12 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Paint I took quite some time looking at various floor paints of varying costs. This had good reviews and was a good price. I have a double garage, so I went for 3 tins. I did 3 coats with half a tin left over so 2 would have done it. First coat is obviously the slowest, but coat 2 and 3 went on in no time at all. I left 24 hours between coats. So far so good. I like the colour. Wont be parking cars on it so expecting it should last some time. 2 coats essential Id say, 3 just a luxury as I had enough paint. I used a brush for cutting in then a large roller for the rest. 3 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brill Purchased this paint to use on my concrete steps up to the top garden this did the job it leaves a neat and tidy and great looking finish used many masonary paints and this one is way better. It's not just for garage floors I will try anything once. 18 Jul 2016

Hello HH1HH,

While the No Nonsense floor paint is not especially slippery when wet, it is not intended as an anti-slip floor paint. We do have a Leyland Trade Anti-Slip Floor Paint, product code 9387J.

Hello Anonymous.

There is a couple of things you can do to a concrete floor, you can use floor paint like: trade floor paint in grey 2.5LTR (74591), or levelling compound in grey 15KG (30074). both will stop dust coming from concrete floor.

Thank you for using Q&A.

Hi Adam,

As floor paint we really wouldn't be able to recommend its use on walls however it is paint and should adhere to "properly prepared tiles, brickwork, wood, concrete, cement and stone surfaces."

Hope this helps.
