Mapei Keraquick Tile Adhesive Grey 5kg
Used with the latex plus it mixes really easily, lump free, goes on nicely too
The only thing I would say is the 5kg bag only does a small area, to do our roughly 2mx1m bathroom floor needed 1 and a half bags, so if you have a large area to do it could get expensive.
Id have used the S1 rated Ultralite Rapidflex if I didn't need the S2 (Keraquick + Latex Plus is S2 rated) as its cheaper

My builder hates it
It seems to be doing the job intended BUT... My builder who has been putting up 600x600 tiles hates it. His 2 main complaints are that it goes off really quickly (warm weather) and that when he puts it on the wall or floor, it slumps too much and makes it difficult to get the tiles even. He's a very good and experienced builder so I'm not doubting his ability to get the mix right. He usually uses BAL and said it's much better behaved.

Recently used a lot of this and the white version along with their Latex Plus. Very good product although not cheap. Would advise meticulous measurement of powder and water or Latex Plus otherwise it can go pear shaped. Used my wife's kitchen scales (not popular) and did small, precise amounts at a time as it goes off quickly, especially in the warm weather. The grey seems to remain workable for a bit longer than the white and is cheaper for some reason!

Used it on a chipboard floor. It has been over a year now and my tiles hold strong. Highly recommended to any one who requires truly flexible adhesive.
