Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT PRODUCT Used 2 coats on my garage concrete floor. Looks tough and resilient. Great colour and easy to clean. Overall this is a great product. 22 Aug 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Lifts when wet I bought a tin of this paint to do my new concrete garage floor and noticed a couple of areas bubbled and lifted, thought it was possibly something on the concrete surface so reapplied and bought another tin to fill any patches. 6 months later we finally emptied our new garage and put our car in, anywhere the wet tyres sit lifts the paint. I would not recommend after buying two tins. 11 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Floored Once again I've repainted my garage floor, it keeps the dust down and makes it easier to keep clean. The Leylland Heavy Duty paint is ideal for the job, easy to brush on with little odour and touch dry in about 3 hours, but leave overnight be walking on it. I've used it before in my garage and workshops and it has always gives a good finish. Being able to pre order and collect also is a time saver, so a good experience all round.an 7 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Let it dry fully We used this paint on a cement garage floor. We left it to dry for about 36 hours before putting the car on it but then some paint flaked off where the wheels sat. We then put another coat on those patches and let it dry for five days before putting the car on it and we haven't had any more flaking. The painted floor looks quite smart and it has eliminated all the dust we used to get when we swept the floor. It's a good product - but be sure to let it harden off. 9 Jun 2016

Hello bikerG. Unfortunately I cannot recommend specific self leveling compounds which can accept the Leyland Trade Heavy Duty Floor Paint. I would advise you consult with the manufacturer of the self leveling compound for advice regarding over decoration. Thanks

Answer:
Hello Dproperty. Our Leyland Trade Heavy Duty Floor Paint does not require the use of a sealer prior to application. Provided the concrete is fully dry, thin the 1st coat with up to 5% white spirit. Once dry apply 2 full coats. Thanks

Answer:
Hello. The Leyland Trade Heavy Duty Floor Paint is suitable for areas subject to 'medium' traffic. it is particularly useful for use in garages where people leave cars overnight. Therefore it will be fine if you intend on using a trolley jack. However you must wait 7 days after application to allow the paint to fully 'cure' - essentially achieve full durability, before you use the trolley jack. Thanks

Hello. Yes this will be fine. If it is an unpainted floor thin the 1st coat with 5% white spirit, then overcoat with 2 full coats. If it is previously painted ensure the surface is clean and dust free, and apply 2 coats. Thanks
