Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good Tried a few other roof sealers but none are as tough and rubbery as this. It's reassuringly thick to apply and plugs any flat roof leaks you can find. The only downside is it's quite expensive but if it last 5 years it's paid for itself. 19 Jan 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing product Have used a few tins of this recently, although it's not cheap it is incredibly good... Really easy to apply (although need to chuck the brush after, so use a cheap one..!!) Have used for repairs in rubber roofs, felt roofs and sealing suspect edges and in every instance has worked perfectly all I would say is that you have to give it a really good stir first off 9 Oct 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product This is the second time we have bought this product and it is excellent.Perfect for leaky roofs, we used it on another property before...no more leak. 12 Jun 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by 48 hours no rain It says on tin : " Surfaces should be clean and dry, with rain unlikely for at least 48 hours. " What :) ??? Should not be sold in Scotland IMHO :)) But I'm sure that it does a good job in dry weather. If you need repair with reinforced fibres you should buy FLEXACRYL (screwfix) instead. That works in all weather. 7 Sep 2011

Hi thanks for your question, unfortunately Isoflex wouldn't be suitable for use prior to tiling, we don't have a product suitable for this type of application, sorry.

Hi thanks for your question. Not in all situations, we would generally recommend the primer when treating difficult substrates such as lead or other metallic substrates, slate or any substrates that may be loose or unsound.

Hi thanks for your question. As you can imagine not something we have tried so difficult to say, if your question is in relation to whether Isoflex can be over painted the answer would be no this isn't something we recommend.

Hi thanks for your question, Isoflex Liquid Rubber can be used on stainless steel but we would always recommend the use of Isoflex Special Primer first to ensure good adhesion.

Hi, thanks for your question. We don't recommend Isoflex for sealing joins on rubberised roofing I'm afraid, it is better to use the adhesives and sealers specifically recommend for that purpose.
